In search of the heart’s desire
The self – the truth – the fire
Yet I discern
Eyes that turn – and burn
And the need
bleeds
From my pores – to yours
But the divine
Isn’t it yours?
Isn’t it mine?
In search of the heart’s desire
But shunning anything higher
Coping – a tightrope walk – a thread so slender
Until – at last – full surrender
Raw – oh so tender
Accepting my lack of control
Caught now in a larger soul
But Free – divinely basked
High help only given when asked
The divine
Its yours
Is it mine?
In search of the heart’s desire
The path to self-forgiveness – no easy trick
The opening soul – authentic
Not now so egocentric
Early shared times
So long left in dark climes
Yet the pain – the loss – the fear
The wet long fall of my tear
The divine
Its yours
Maybe its mine
In search of the heart’s desire
The dancing – Oh! – the dancing
The music – the moves – entrancing!
The meeting of mind, body and soul
This is no hyperbole
But Move! now Now NOW!
Before this body turns to dust – to dirt
Never ever again to lust – to flirt
The divine
Now its yours
Now its mine
In search of the heart’s desire
The look in a lover’s eyes
Mask dropped – no disguise
The gesture – Oh! – the gaze – the face
The journey to grace
Pleasure given – pleasure In the giving
Humility in the ecstasy of loving – and living
The divine
Its yours
Its mine
In search of the heart’s desire
A true meeting of genders – linked
Maybe even kinked
No boundaries can constrain it – can hold it
No rules should entrain it – enfold it
Sensual
Con-Sensual
Mine
Yours
Divine
